From Spirit of Milwaukee. Congrats Milwaukee Region!
On the cover of the August issue of the World Trade Center (WTC) magazine is a stunning picture of the Milwaukee Art Museum while the inside of the publication focuses on the work of the World Trade Center Wisconsin which is headquartered in Milwaukee.
As described by the magazine, "the WTC Wisconsin is working intensively at bringing together trading partners from all over the world and promoting the economic success of its members."
Published by the Financial Times Germany in conjunction with the Confederation of German World Trade Centers, the World Trade Center magazine is distributed throughout the world through the WTC network, as well as hotels, airports and newsstands. The initial print run includes 80,000 copies with supplementary runs expected in the future.
In addition to briefly describing Milwaukee and Wisconsin, the article also outlines the Milwaukee 7’s efforts in branding the seven-county region.
The information contained in this email, with respect to international and national news about the Milwaukee region, is provided through the generous support of the members of the Spirit of Milwaukee.
This is great -- maybe this will partially offset the national attention we got for http://www.boingboing.net/2008/07/28/man-shoots-lawnmower.html
